I had the pleasure of driving for a lovely bride called Nermin, I arrived at the house quite early and was privileged to watch the Turkish ritual of the Groom arriving at the house and the bride being too shy to come out.
There was a Turkish drummer and flute player who turned up to provide the traditional music for the proceedings where the family dance to the drum and flute outside the house.
The bride and groom had been married earlier in the week at a registrar office but wanted to have the traditional rituals before the wedding party which was to be held in Tottenham.
Firstly we went to the local park so that the official photographer could take some pictures, the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day so the pictures should come out really well, as I am a keen photographer myself I took the liberty of taking some pics which I always offer to send to the happy couple.
Nermin sent this lovely message regarding her wedding
“I had a wedding on 13th march, in London, Jamie was driving our car. I have to say it was a lovely experience having Jamie around. So thank you for all the help support and the lovely car”
I spent just over 3 hours with the Wedding party and was invited into a Turkish restaurant with them while we were killing time before proceeding to the reception venue and I must say that they were a pleasure to drive and be around, I took quite a few pictures while with the happy couple which I have sent onto Nermin.
